Noah is a marketer-turned-engineer. After leading marketing at a fast-growing tech company and studying Computer Science at the University of Manitoba, he launched Taiv out of his garage, building the company's initial hardware and software prototypes alongside co-founder Jordan. Since then, Noah has led Taiv to become the 4th fastest-growing company in Canada on the Deloitte Fast 50 and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30.

He also supports other founders as a Venture Partner with Pioneer Fund and Trillick Ventures, and as an active angel investor. Before Taiv, Noah founded a charity at age 12 that raised nearly $1M for cancer research, an area he remains deeply passionate about supporting.

Jordan is the CTO and Co-Founder of Taiv. He leads engineering across software, hardware, and AI. His team built and operates the technology powering thousands of venues, from the in-venue device through to the ad-serving infrastructure. Jordan was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and is one of the technical leaders defining how AI shows up in physical spaces.

Before Taiv, Jordan was studying Computer Science at the University of Manitoba while working in software development and supporting research in tele-operated robotics. He dropped out of university to found Taiv and build the company full-time.

Avi has a degree in biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg, where he was one of the first students accepted into research as a first-year and co-authored two papers in physical chemistry. He supported himself during and after college by selling at various tech companies, including SkipTheDishes, where he learned how to sell technology to the restaurant industry and how high-growth tech sales teams operate.

Avi joined Taiv as a Co-Founder, bringing over a decade of sales experience with him. As CRO, he oversees commercial strategy across the business and runs the advertising side day-to-day. He has built Taiv's ad sales operation into a national network spanning every major DMA in North America, with brands like Pepsi, Budweiser, and ESPN running campaigns through the platform.

Mitch started working in the restaurant industry at the age of 14. Before Taiv, Mitch was Head of Partnerships at SkipTheDishes, where he led a team of more than 30 salespeople that signed over 12,000 locations, achieved 99% saturation of the top brands in Canada, and drove more than $3B in GMV. He was later promoted to Head of Growth and Ancillary Revenue, building out advertising on the platform.

Mitch joined Taiv as Head of Partnerships in November 2021. He owns relationships with venue chains, distributors, and the broader hospitality industry, and has built and scaled the team that powers Taiv's restaurant network across North America.
